Wuthering Waves Banner Countdown: Every End Date
Banners in Wuthering Waves do not last the length of a patch, and the final day has two different closing times. Every date through the end of 3.7, in server time and in yours.
The short version
3.6 Phase 2 is live right now and closes on September 29 at 11:59 server time (UTC+8). 3.7 opens the next morning, September 30, so the game spends about 22 hours with no limited banner running at all. Phase 1 of 3.7 covers roughly three weeks, Phase 2 carries the version to November 11 at 11:59.
Two of those dates are worth circling. September 29 is the last chance to pull for Jingran, Hiyuki and Mornye. November 11 is the last chance for Suoming, Lucilla and Lynae.
How long a banner actually lasts
3.6 Phase 1 opened on August 20 at 10:00 and closed on September 10 at 09:59. That is 21 days. Phase 2 started the very next minute, September 10 at 10:00, and closes September 29 at 11:59, which is 19 days.
A phase therefore runs 19 to 21 days, and the swap happens at 10:00 server time rather than at the 04:00 daily reset. If you are planning a last-day pull, the banner does not vanish when the date changes. It runs until just before noon. 3.5 divided its two phases 20 and 20, so the split is not fixed, and any phase date Kuro has not printed is an estimate rather than a schedule.

Not every number in that table carries the same weight. September 29, September 30 and November 11 are printed on Kuro notices. October 22 is not: it is read off the Phase 2 login event, Gifts of Singing Drizzle, which the Special Report dates to October 22 at 10:00, and the arithmetic agrees since 3.7 runs 42 days and recent phases have been three weeks apiece. Treat the Phase 1 end date as a good estimate until Kuro publishes a phase split for 3.7.
What time that is where you live
Server time is UTC+8, so both closing times land on the previous evening in the Americas. Same four instants, converted:

The November row sits one hour later for Europe and North America than the same clock time would have in September, because daylight saving ends on October 25 in the EU and November 1 in the US.
The last day has two closing times, not one
Events and banners do not expire together at the end of a patch. Most of 3.6's Phase 2 event windows close on September 29 at 03:59, eight hours before the convenes stop at 11:59. Resonance Sim Realm is the exception among the events and runs to 11:59 with the banners. 3.7 repeats the split: the Phase 2 login event finishes on November 11 at 03:59, while the version itself runs to 11:59.
The practical read: if an event is unfinished on the final day, that morning is already too late. The banners are the part you can still act on in the afternoon. Our 3.6 Phase 2 event roundup has the per-event cutoffs if you are cutting it close.
When a banner ends, your pity does not
This is what turns a banner deadline into a scheduling question instead of a spending one. Closing a Featured Resonator Convene does not touch your counter. Pity and your 50/50 guarantee both travel to the next character banner, so an account sitting at 70 pulls keeps those 70 pulls on September 30, and keeps them again on October 22.
Weapon banners work the same way among themselves, with one difference worth remembering: there is no 50/50 on a Featured Weapon Convene, so every 5-star you pull there is the featured weapon. What does not travel is the counter between banner types. Character pity and weapon pity are separate pools, standard and novice banners have their own, and the standard weapon pool sits behind the weapon banner's own rules. So should you pull on the last day?
Nothing is lost by waiting. A banked counter is worth the same tomorrow, which is why panic-pulling in the final hours of a phase is one of the few genuinely bad habits in this game: you spend on a banner that closes in minutes instead of on one that will still be there for three weeks.
The opposite case is just as real. If you want the character and the next phase does not interest you, finishing now is fine. 3.7 puts a new Electro 5-star in each phase, Hsin first and Suoming second, and a free-to-play patch pays around 68 pulls. Most accounts can fund one attempt across the patch, not two, so the decision between the two Electro banners is the one that actually matters. 19 to 21 days in recent patches. 3.6's Phase 1 ran 21 days and Phase 2 runs 19, because a phase is one half of a version rather than a fixed window.
