WuWa Redeem Codes: The Two-Day Window, Explained

Kuro publishes three redemption codes with every version preview, worth 300 Astrite in total, and closes them about two days later. That is why most code lists you find are dead on arrival. Here is the 2026 record, what the September batch paid, and how to redeem one before it lapses.

Codes are a drop, not a coupon

Each version Kuro publishes three codes somewhere around the version preview. Every one carries 100 Astrite plus a material bundle, so a full batch is worth 300 Astrite, and every batch so far has come with a printed end time about two days out. Every version from 3.0 in December 2025 to 3.7 in September 2026 shipped one of these batches, eight in a row, and in all eight the codes showed up on the same day that version's preview coverage began.

As of September 24, 2026, nothing limited is live. The 3.7 codes were published on September 19 and closed on September 21 at 23:59 server time, which the wiki writes as 08:59 PT on the same date, since both clocks land on the 21st. The only code still working is the permanent starter code below.

The 2026 record

Publish dates are the days the codes showed up; the close times are in server time (UTC+8), and every one of them is the 23:59 at the end of the second day. Nothing in the pattern has changed in eight versions, which makes the next window fairly predictable.

3.7September 19, 2026September 21, 23:59FALLINGSANCTUM, FINDSENTINEL, WAKINGMOON

Two days is short for a promotion, and it has never been extended. If a site lists a code without an end date, treat it as expired until it proves otherwise. Codes also show up outside the preview cycle: the January 2026 Solaris Super Cup batch arrived on January 17, and WUWA4PC was a PC-only code from January 2025, so the preview is the reliable source rather than the only one.

What the 3.7 batch paid

CodeRewards
FALLINGSANCTUMAstrite ×100, Premium Resonance Potion ×3, Advanced Revival Inhaler ×2
FINDSENTINELAstrite ×100, Premium Enclosure Tank ×2, Shell Credit ×40,000
WAKINGMOONAstrite ×100, Premium Tuner ×20, Advanced Sealed Tube ×5

Total: 300 Astrite, 40,000 Shell Credits, 20 Premium Tuners, 5 Advanced Sealed Tubes, 3 Premium Resonance Potions, 2 Advanced Revival Inhalers and 2 Premium Enclosure Tanks, each of which lets you pick one weapon or skill material. Astrite converts at 160 per Radiant Tide, so the batch was worth 1.9 pulls, a bit under one 50/50 attempt.

Put that next to patch income and the codes are small change. A free-to-play patch pays roughly 10,900 Astrite if you clear everything, which is about 68 pulls, so a full year of code batches adds maybe 15 pulls. Grab them, do not build a pull plan around them. The Astrite per patch breakdown and the average cost of a featured 5-star both have the wider numbers.

The one code that never expires

WUTHERINGGIFT has been valid since September 26, 2024 and still carries no end date: Astrite ×50, Premium Resonance Potion ×2, Medium Revival Inhaler ×2, Medium Energy Bag ×2 and 10,000 Shell Credits. If you started playing recently and have never entered it, do that first. Inhalers revive a downed Resonator, Energy Bags heal over time, and both are craftable, but free is free.

How to redeem a code

  1. Open the in-game menu, the Terminal, and go to Settings, then Other Settings, then Redemption Code.
  2. Enter the code exactly as published and confirm. The field takes uppercase letters and digits only.
  3. Collect the rewards from your in-game Mailbox. Codes pay out as mail attachments, not straight into your inventory.

When a code fails, it is almost always one of four things: the two-day window closed, the code was already redeemed on that account, the code is platform-restricted, or a character got mistyped in a long string. Each code is single-use per account, so it cannot be banked, and a code that worked for a friend yesterday can be dead today.

Catching the next batch

Preview notices land one to two weeks before the patch they cover: eleven days ahead of the launch for 3.7, thirteen for 3.6 and fourteen for 3.5. Version 3.7 runs to November 11, so if the same gap holds the next version's launch falls on November 11 or 12 with its preview, and its codes, around the end of October. That is a pattern read off eight previous versions, not an announcement.

When a batch does land, the useful move is to redeem all three on day one. The window does not reopen, and there is no way to recover a code you missed.

Where codes sit next to the other free Astrite

Codes are the smallest of the free-Astrite channels and the easiest to miss. A version maintenance pays everyone 300 Astrite plus 2 Crystal Solvent, which is the same Astrite as a code batch, and it is claimed from Mail rather than typed in. Login events run longer still, with 3.7's Phase 2 event paying 10 Radiant Tides. Nothing about the codes is unique except the deadline, which is days rather than weeks.

Are any WuWa codes active right now?
As of September 24, 2026, only WUTHERINGGIFT. The 3.7 batch closed on September 21 at 23:59 server time. The live list on our codes page tracks the current state.
How much is a code worth?
100 Astrite each, so 300 per version, which is 1.9 pulls. Over a full year of eight batches that is about 2,400 Astrite.
Do codes work on every server?
The 2026 sets are listed for all servers. Some older codes are not: WUWA4PC was PC-only, which is worth checking before you assume a code is broken.
Can I redeem the same code twice?
No. Redemptions are per account and single-use, so a second attempt just returns an invalid message.
