The Standard Banner (Permanent Convene) Explained

Same pity rules as event banners, a fixed 5★ pool, and no 50/50 — here's exactly how the Permanent Convene works and when it's worth your Tides.

Pity and rates are identical to the character event banner — only the pool and the currency differ. The pity calculator covers standard pulls too.

What's in the pool

The Permanent Convene rotates nothing: it contains a fixed set of standard 5★ resonators (Jiyan, Calcharo, Encore, Verina, Lingyang, Jianxin, Yinlin and others added over time) and the permanent 5★ weapons. There are no limited-exclusive units here — anything you see on a limited banner is never on the standard banner unless the game explicitly adds it later.

Should you spend Radiant Tides on it?

Radiant Tides can only be used on the standard and novice banners, so they don't compete with your limited-banner savings. The real question is when to pull:

  • Finish the Beginner's Choice first — its 80-pull cap guarantees the character you picked.
  • Pull standard as you get blue Tides — early account progression (first 5★ weapon) speeds up everything.
  • Don't convert Astrite to Radiant Tides — 160 Astrite on the limited banner is worth more than a standard pull in almost every case.
